What can be done for recurring urine spots?
Urine spots that continue to reappear after cleaning are most often caused from inadequate nuetralizing (rinsing) of the urine and cleaning products. The urine and/or cleaning products leave behind a sticky residue if left in the carpet and /or pad. The spots will appear to be gone for awhile after cleaning and with time start to slowly reappear.The sticky residue will continue to attract soil, causing rapid resoiling to the spot if not properly removed.
